RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At Ratics Jewelry, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure you have a seamless return experience. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
 

Returnable Items:

Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, it is eligible for a return.

Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong size, color, or style, you can return the item.

Unworn Items in Original Packaging: The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and include the original packaging (box and tags, if applicable).
 

Non-Returnable Items:

Worn Items: Items that have been worn are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Damaged Items: Items damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Missing Original Packaging: Items without their original packaging, including the box and tags (if applicable), cannot be returned.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned.

Earrings: For hygiene reasons, all earrings are non-returnable.

Return Process

Write to our team: Write to our email raticsjewelry@gmail.com or via Instagram or TikTok through direct messages to review the order you wish to return.

Shipping Instructions: After stablishing your return, you will receive instructions on how to ship your item back to us. Please return the item in its original packaging to ensure it arrives in good condition.

Return Approval: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your return within 2-3 business days.

Return Shipping Fee: A $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refundable amount unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Approved Returns: Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Refunds may take 2-3 business days to reflect in your account.

Non-Compliance: If the item does not meet our return criteria, Ratics Jewelry reserves the right to deny the return and will return the item to you.
